Redshirt sophomore Brendan Sorsby made the most of his first start for the Cincinnati Bearcats by leading them on three consecutive scoring drives to start the game. While the game got sluggish in the second half, the Bearcats won 38-20 with Sorsby throwing for a career-high 383 yards. He had two touchdown passes and a pair of rushing scores.

Brendan Sorsby threw for 426 yards and four touchdowns but the Cincinnati Bearcats fell for the first time in conference play to Texas Tech Saturday night, 44-41.
